Le dispositif Pass’Sport est reconduit à la rentrée !
Le Pass’Sport, dispositif du ministère des Sports mis en place en 2021 dont l’objectif est de favoriser la pratique sportive des jeunes en club, est reconduit pour la saison 2023-2024. Vous êtes un club ou un licencié et vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur le dispositif ? C’est par ici !
Le Pass’Sport
Le Pass’Sport est une allocation de rentrée sportive de 50 euros par enfant ou jeune adulte qui finance tout ou partie de son inscription dans une association volontaire. Elle est ouverte à près de 6,7 millions de jeunes bénéficiaires.
Cette déduction prend la forme d’un code que le bénéficiaire reçoit sur sa boîte mail. Au moment de l’inscription, le bénéficiaire transmet le code au club et ce dernier déduit de 50€ le coût de l’adhésion. Le club entre le code unique sur une plateforme dédiée et est remboursé du montant de 50€ dans le mois qui suit.
Les bénéficiaires
Les enfants et jeunes adultes éligibles au Pass’Sport sont les personnes suivantes :
- Les jeunes de 6 à 17 ans révolus bénéficiant de l’allocation de rentrée scolaire (ARS) ;
- Les jeunes de 6 à 20 ans bénéficiant de l’allocation d’éducation de l’enfant handicapé (AEEH) ;
- Les jeunes de 16 à 30 ans bénéficiant de l’allocation aux adultes handicapés (AAH) ;
- Les étudiants boursiers et les bénéficiaires d’une aide annuelle du Crous de moins de 28 ans.
Cette aide est personnelle et ne peut servir qu’une seule fois pour tous les bénéficiaires s’étant inscrits entre le 1er juin et le 31 décembre 2023.
La procédure pour les licenciés
Fin août 2023, un email a été envoyé par le ministère des Sports aux jeunes et aux familles éligibles. Cet email contient un code unique Pass’Sport permettant de bénéficier d’une déduction de 50€ au moment de l’inscription au sein du club. Vous pouvez également récupérer le code sur le portail dédié :
La procédure pour les clubs
Tous les clubs de la Fédération Française de Karaté, en tant que membre d’une fédération délégataire du Ministère des Sports, sont éligibles au dispositif. Afin de disposer du Pass’Sport, il est nécessaire que le club dispose d’un compte sur la plateforme “Le Compte Asso” (LCA) et que ce dernier soit à jour.

Fin août 2023, un email a été envoyé par le ministère des Sports aux jeunes et aux familles éligibles. Cet email contient un code unique. Le club peut dès à présent saisir les codes reçus par ses licenciés sur la plateforme Le Compte Asso. Le remboursement sera effectif dans un délai d’un mois après vérification par les services instructeurs des documents d’affiliation ou d’agrément et des RIB déposés sur Le Compte Asso.

Communiquer sur le Pass’Sport
Vous êtes un club ? Communiquez auprès de vos licenciés sur le dispositif : en début et en fin de cours, avec les parents, lors du forum des associations et des portes ouvertes.
Téléchargez également le kit de communication Pass’Sport proposé par la Fédération Française de Karaté. Vous y trouverez, en fonction de chaque discipline fédérale : une affiche format A3 en JPEG et en PDF, des visuels pour vous réseaux sociaux, le flyer de présentation du Pass’Sport pour les familles ainsi que des publications types pour votre site internet et vos réseaux sociaux.
